Hi, my name is Ranchelle Alexander and we are nominated team leaders in Peoplesway. My husband and I work together in this business, he part time and just recently I decided to do this as my full time business.

My husband and I own several Fitness Franchises and have been a part of the world of owning business’ for the last 8 years. It’s great having your own business and one of the biggest challenges of owning your own business – is, owning your own business!!! Staffing is always an ‘issue’, franchise laws can sometimes be a struggle and it seems that even though we own a business, we have to negotiate time off for ourselves.

What appeals to me about Direct Sales is that there is so much more freedom in when I can take time off to be with my family. Since I decided to do Peoplesway full time I have been to every ball game and I did not miss one dance competition of our daughters due to our business. We can also see the advantage and the potential of ‘unlimited’ income. We no longer have to decide between a vacation in Mexico or a Personal Water Craft. We were able to purchase both in the last year. That may sound funny to some people but I really don’t like living on a budget. I grew up with parents who taught me that ‘budgeting’ was part of life. I think if they were able to be part of this opportunity they would see that there is no reason why I have to choose.

Lastly, we love this business because we can combine all the things we appreciate: great product that is related to health, great support from the company including many training calls with the President and wonderful staff support at Corporate. My favorite part: I don’t have to be the expert in the field of wellness because we have fabulous advisors. I just get to do what I love to do- share the business opportunity with as many people who will listen.
