SUGGESTED USE: 1 application is 5 pumps of cream which provides approximately 20 mg of micronized natural progesterone USP. Apply to the upper chest, neck, inner arms and inner thigh areas. Rotate application areas daily.
NORMAL USE: Use twice daily, applying 1 application (5 pumps) in the morning and another application (5 pumps) in the evening.
